In order for every customer to be fully satisfied with their jewelry, in the QŹNIAR store we accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned product it must not show signs of use and must be packed in its original packaging.
The cost of shipping jewelery to the studio is covered by the returning party. The amount for jewelry will be immediately transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

Exchange
It is possible to exchange the jewelry for a model at the same or higher price within 14 days from the receipt of the order, upon presentation of the proof of purchase of the jewelry.
Products can be exchanged for others of equal or higher value. Exchange product it must not show signs of use and must be packed in its original packaging.
To replace the order, please send the jewelry to the address indicated above, together with the contact details, receipt and information about the willingness to exchange. New jewelry should be ordered on the qzniar.com website by selecting the payment method and adding information about the exchange in the comment to the order.

Warranty and complaints
Jewelry colors
QZNIAR jewelry is mainly made of silver, silver gilded with 24-carat gold in a yellow color, silver gilded with rose gold. Some elements can be made of brass or copper, which, however, is always indicated in the product descriptions. The stones used to make jewelery are either precious or synthetic stones, and the description always includes an annotation about the stone.

If the jewelery elements are covered with enamel, oxidation or another substance, this information is noted in the product description.
For the production of jewelry, raw materials are also used, such as jewelery concrete, enamel, glass, wood, paper, paste, acrylic glass or others. This is always noted in the product description.
Under the influence of everyday use, slight changes in the color of the metal, especially gilded and oxidized, are allowed. I make every effort to make my designs as durable as possible, but jewelry is a delicate product that requires proper use. It should be protected against mechanical damage, the influence of chemicals, contact with other metals and moisture. QZNIAR jewelery comes with a two-year warranty that fixes hidden defects. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and damages resulting from improper use of the jewelry. In addition, there is an option during the warranty period one time free jewelery cleaning / oxidation. Every subsequent cleaning / oxidation is 10% of the jewelery price.
