III. Data recipients
 

We may share your personal data with the following entities: We may share your personal data with the hosting provider WIX.com. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

We store your data until you have given your consent.

We have received your personal data processed by us voluntarily in connection with the activities performed by you on our website - the purchase of goods.  

 

III. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Your personal data in the form of   name and surname, tax identification number, residential address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, we can process:

1)       on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, in order to:

a) enabling you to fully use all the possibilities of our website through a registered account,

b) enabling you to contact our store using the contact form or other form of contact available on our website,

c) newsletter service,

d) entries regarding the offered goods (e.g. product reviews)

2)       based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR in order to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or to perform the contract to which that person is a party,

3)       based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

 

IV. Data recipients

We may share your personal data with the following   categories of entities: accounting companies, courier companies and companies operating the IT system and electronic payment system. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

 

V. Data storage period

1.Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:

1)       after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints),

2)       securing or pursuing any claims due to the Administrator,

3)       fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation (resulting, for example, from tax or accounting regulations).

2. Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be kept until its revocation.

 

VI. The rights of the person to whom the processed personal data relates

You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to delete data (if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete them), the right to limit the processing of data (you may request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data on your / Your subject or we process them unreasonably), the right to object to the processing of data, the right to transfer data,  the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Inspector General for Personal Data Protection,  ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw ) and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal).

privacy policy

1. As part of the www.qzniar.com website, data entered directly by Users who make purchases in the online store and automatic data, such as information about page views and time spent on individual pages, are collected. Information collected automatically is collected via cookies.

2. Cookies - IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages. As part of the website, the Service Provider's cookies and external cookies related to the functionality of the online store may be used. Cookies are designed to remember the User's decisions, e.g. accepting the privacy policy, so that the website does not have to ask you to repeat these activities on subsequent visits.

3. Cookies used by the administrator help him to adapt the content of the website and the offer of services to the interests of Users. 
Cookies are also used to identify the type of device used by the User in order to adjust the view.

5. The Service Provider uses session cookies that are stored on the User's device only until the end of the browser session. After the end of the session, cookies are removed from the memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

These are files used to remember the decisions made by the User on the website (e.g. accepting the regulations) and to record his visits in the history of the Website activity. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device
